Now that India/US comparison is quite thought provoking, we seem to be going backwards in development here in the good 'Ol US of A!!!
ReplyDeleteWill India become the new USA?
I'm just about ready to go.
Is it really fair to compare the two based on the rainfall? The trouble in New Orleans was not completely caused by the 18 inches of rain but by 125 MPH winds and the break in the levee. If the levee held, I doubt any of the chaos would have ensued.
