A big thank-you to Moksha and Yogaview for bringing Lino back to Chicago.
hi CK
ReplyDeletei love Lino. what a great sense of humor with the yoga tee. it would be so cool to go to Estonia to practice with him.
cheers,
Arturo
Maybe you can, Arturo! Or... how far are you from India?
ReplyDelete(Did you notice whose face is peeping out of my t'shirt?)
Clear skin... bright eyes... yes, all three of you.
ReplyDeletehi CK, yes of course i noticed. your tee shirt is cool too! i'm not too far from India. soon, hopefully i'll visit India.
ReplyDeletecheers,
Arturo
OH Cara, you look so happy, how I love this....:)
ReplyDeleteGreat posts this past week. So glad it was a great week for you. Also glad Lino didn't have to give up half his teeth to find a guru... then again, sometimes that almost seems like it'd be simpler. :)
ReplyDeleteAlso, thanks for including links to pics of the poses in the previous posts. That's quite helpful!
Fun!!!
ReplyDeleteHey--I am going to the Lino workshop--went ahead and paid the cash--and crazy as it sounds--my knee that has bothered me since December--and caused me to take 3 weeks off to see if it got better--well, it's now better. Lino, without any signs from me that the knee was bad, pointed to it, and asked, "Pain?"
ReplyDeleteI said, "A little," and what do you know, he adjusted me in maryD, and the next day all pain was gone--and the same today. My husband doesn't believe me and kinda laughed, and truthfully, I am laughing at myself--but it is better. Weird! Esp. after reading your posts. Thanks for the blog entries that got me to go!
Tara
Tara,
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad it worked out.
He really is magic.
Please give him my best.
